We were invited for a visit with our little cousin, Daniela. Juliet went wild for all of Daniela's toys and Daniela loved watching her big cousin cruising around. Things went a little awry during the photo shoot when Daniela figured out how to get a hold of Juliet's hair. She's letting it be known early that just because she is smaller doesn't mean she can't fend for herself!
Juliet's birthday is July 2nd 2006, Daniela is a year later on July 4th 2007, then our second little one should arrive in late June 2008, so we will have three cousins in the family all around the same age. Very fun! It looks like we will also be coordinating birthday party scheduling!
All limbs and digits have been accounted for and everything is where it is supposed to be, so all of the news from the doctor's office was good. We go again this afternoon, but no modeling session this time. By the end of this month we should be able to have another sonogram to determine the sex (well, they look for other things too, but that is what the 20-week sonogram is all about to me!), but Mike has decided that he wants it to be a surprise. I've decided to go along with it, but if he doesn't come to the appointment with me, I might have a hard time sticking to my promise... I have toyed with the idea of studying up on the art of reading a sonogram, because, after all, its not my fault if I see something and happen to know that it means Boy or Girl. Right?
