Bass Lake

We didn't quite get a camping trip in before summer was over, but in late September we stayed at Bass Lake for three nights. We went with friends Jen and Chris, and their daughter Coral. On day 2 Chris's brother joined us with his daughter Vivienne. There was no shortage of little girls on this camping trip!

We lucked out with a heat wave and took a day trip into Yosemite for some sight seeing and swimming. While Mike and I were taking in the awe inspiring scenery on the drive in, the girls were vegging out on movies. Poor Vivienne got stung by a bee while we were having lunch, but she was brave and recovered quickly (I think I was more scared afterward than her!)

Dress Up

It is amazing how young the dress-up starts when there is a big sister in the house. I often discover Adeline wearing this tutu, without any adult assistance in getting it on.
