I had a hankering for Chloe's sublime pecan pancakes topped with strawberries, so I took the girls to breakfast before heading down to my mom's for our playdate with Daniela. Call me crazy, but it actually went remarkably well. We sat outside in the sunshine and everyone was very mellow and well behaved. We have to grab every opportunity to eat outdoors that we can get once at this time of year. The added benefit at Chloe's on this morning was the sign right next to where Juliet was seated - she likes to practice her letters and bursts her buttons with pride when she gets them all correct.
I never like to tell Juliet that we are going to "Chloe's" restaurant, because then she will think that we are going to her BFF's house and I'm afraid she will be disappointed when we arrive at our actual destination. So, I just call it the restaurant with the pancakes. As you can see, Juliet is very into her accessories these days...
