First Trip to Discovery Museum

We took little J to the Bay Area Discovery Museum in Sausalito for the first time. She was sleeping when we arrived, so we explored a bit on our own (kinda silly touring the children's museum with your infant sleeping in the stroller).

We eventually coaxed her into waking up. She was timid at first, but then seemed to figure out that this was her kind of place (a picture speaks a thousand words). With all of the different toys and things to play with, she would find one plastic toy and just focus on that one thing until we took her on to the next spot. She quickly learned (thanks to a 3-year old boy) that if her object of focus is desired by someone larger than her, she better move out of the way, fast! Nana is a much more gentle playmate... Judging from the photo, it is a good thing we purchased a membership!

Juliet looks like she's gotten over timid in this picture! Looks like she's doing the "forward Ho" getting ready for the pirate wedding...
