Hat Trick

This little sweater has a matching hat, which I put on Juliet when I got her dressed. She is pretty cooperative about wearing hats, but still I was not surprised when she pulled it off shortly after I put it on her. I was busy getting our things ready for the day when she started crawling down the hallway with her PINK hat on. Apparently it wasn't a hat that was the problem, it was the hat! She is so silly. She got the hat on her head herself. It was a little crooked, but all in all, a good job.

By the way, I adore the pink hat. I found it on 24th Street when she was itty bitty and I remember anxiously waiting for her to grow into it. Well, grow into it she did and she wore it all the time. Then, the next thing I knew, she had grown right out of it. I went back to Lisa Violetto to find another, larger, hat, but they no longer had the hat. I was thrilled when I found it on Union Street with Laura several weeks ago and I guess my excitement has rubbed off on the little bug.
