Now that Juliet is on this blog, I feel like I should treat her like a celebrity and ensure that she is not photographed in the same outfit twice. Alas, she is a mere mortal, and is here in her striped bathing suit once again. It is so cute that it begs for multiple postings.

Our last full day in Tahoe was so incredibly perfect that it hurt to come back home. The wind had died down and the day was beautifully clear and sunny. We went for a long walk in the morning checking out the monster homes along the shore, then spent the rest of the day at the beach and managed to "share" some abandoned sand toys. Why is it that I can never remember to pack J's sand toys? I keep telling myself I need to leave some in the car and some in the stroller but I can't even remember to do that. Ay.
We went to the
Lone Eagle Grille at the Hyatt for dinner. We were definitely pushing it with Juliet, but she was reasonably well behaved considering that she had been crabby with teething all week. Nana picked a great time to go to Oregon, let me tell you! We had dinner at the Lone Eagle Grille together several years ago on a Tahoe trip, so it was fun to return, but it was definitely a different ball game this time around. Everything speeds up a bit when you have a one-year old on the brink of a meltdown. "Yes, we would like to share the mud pie, and can you bring the check along with it?"

I think you need to do a blog of JUST Juliet's bathing suits. Or maybe split it into two blogs, since it would be so loooooong.... : )
